How To Find Your Model Number
Turn over the base of your product to locate the model number as illustrated in the image below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Battery status light on the side of the soother is flashing.
- The battery is low. Charge the soother using the USB cable.
I press the Auto-off timer button, but the timer indicator doesn’t illuminate or beeps.
- The soother must be playing a lullaby or soothing sound (or story, depending on the model) in order to turn the auto-off timer feature on.
I don’t have a computer or USB port to charge my soother.
- Purchase an AC to USB adapter plug, available at many electronics and department stores, enabling you to charge your soother using a standard wall outlet.
Soother is not playing sounds and/or night light won’t turn on.

Ensure On/Off switch is in the On position.
Ensure unit is charged. The soother is fully charged after 12 hours of continuous charging.
