Can I set one lullaby or story to play the entire time?

Tip: It can be done by de-selecting all other lullaby and story using the mobile app.
You can select classical; lullaby or soothing sound to be played using the mobile application.
Note : To automatically play all sounds under the selection of classical; lullaby; or soothing sound; you have to choose play all or shuffle play.
I cannot access the soother's My Library.

Tip 1: Make sure the soother's Wi-Fi network is on and that your mobile device meets the minimum requirement for the mobile app:
- Android® 4.3 or later; and
- iOS 8.1 or later.
Tip 2: Only one mobile device can connect to the soother's My Library at a time. If there is more than one device connected to the soother’s Wi-Fi network, make sure no other devices are trying to access it at the same time.
My portable soother is completely dead/does not work at all.

Tip 1: Confirm proper installation of the power adapter. It must be securely plugged into the soother and electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
Note: Use only the power adapter supplied with this product.
Tip 2 : Make sure the soother is on.
Press the power button to turn on the soother. The digital display will turned on..
I'm unable to record my own stories and messages using the Soother Mobile App

Tip 1: Make sure the microphone icon is pressed before recording. The timer below the mirophone icon starts the countdown.
Tip 2: For iPhone users only: Make sure the mobile device allows Vtech Tommy or Wyatt the Whale to access the microphone. (Setting> Scroll to Vtech Tommy or Wyatt the Whale> Slide the switch to On)
Note: If the customer is using an Andriod phone, skip this tip.
Tip 3: Make sure to save the recording. Press save on the upper right corner of the screen. It should show in the My Library.
Tip 4: Exit the application and restart your mobile device.
Tip 5 - Uninstall and then re-install the application.
